Reward through recognition forms part of each human beings’ longing. Through professional presentation of these events, Baobab offers clients the opportunity to test their drivers’ skills and thereby offer recognition to achievers. Be crowned the best of them all!

These DoTY competitions are based on and includes workplace scenarios, training objectives reached, general health and safety regulations, and any other requirement from the client. The championship also serves as an evaluation and training tool to assess the skills and knowledge of drivers.
